Working Experience
- Deployed on-site at a client enterprise, representing PT. Mastersystem Infotama in managing F5 BIG-IP LTM infrastructure across 139 devices (including primary/secondary High Availability pairs) supporting 6,662+ virtual servers for critical application delivery and traffic management.
- Configured and maintained virtual servers, pools, nodes, and SSL certificates across this large-scale environment, ensuring consistent compliance with client application and service requirements.
- Monitored traffic patterns, pool health, and service availability daily across the full device fleet using real-time dashboards, proactively identifying potential issues before impacting end-users.
- Collaborated with senior engineers to troubleshoot application access and load balancing issues at enterprise scale, ensuring minimal service disruption for client operations.
- Identified a monitoring gap in the existing tracer study web system and independently built a multi-level monitoring dashboard in Google Spreadsheet, tracking survey response rates and weighted IKU1 achievement across 50+ study programs, 15 faculties, and university level.
- Automated IKU1 score calculation incorporating employment status, salary benchmarks, and waiting period variables for 5,500+ alumni respondents annually.
- Consistently achieved >80% survey response rates year-over-year, contributing directly to university accreditation performance metrics.
- Mapped and documented the internal network architecture of a large-scale industrial complex, covering network topology, hardware inventory, and physical cabling infrastructure.
- Assisted in physical network deployment including LAN cabling and VoIP system setup across the facility.
